Mountain geophysical prospecting operations play an important role in the entire petroleum exploration field. Geophysical drill-bit is main tool for mountain operations. Its hydraulic structure directly affects downhole flow field and then chip removal efficiency drilling of bit. At present, most scholars’ research focused on Poly Diamond Crystalline bit, roller etc., less, them study based change single structure. The primary objective this to variation law under interaction multiple factors. time cuttings size two drill-bits with different structures are compared, key factors selected analysis. Using numerical simulation software, take levels parameters carry out orthogonal experiments. Under various factors, distribution channel, downhole, annulus area shaft lining. closely related speed efficiency.
